Drive along "Seven Mile Road" for 4.5 km to "Pelican Court" on your right. Turn right into "Pelican Court" and the left into "Wren Court". Our house is at number 15 and has a sign "SAMPHIRE" at the entrance of the driveway. From Victoria/Robe - Driving north on the Princes Highway from Kingston ... look for McGrath Flat. 12km later "Seven Mile Road" is on the left. The sign for "Seven Mile Road" is opposite on the right. Follow it for 4.5km to an unnamed settlement. Turn right into "Pelican Court" and the left into "Wren Court". Our house is at number 15 and has a sign "SAMPHIRE" at the entrance of the driveway.
Cancellations & Non-Arrival Conditions Guests who need to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible. Payments already received are returned or refunded in accordance with the following conditions; •Cancellation made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 14 days away = Full refund. •Cancellation made at least 7 days before check-in = 50% of payment refunded. •Cancellation made within 7 days of check-in or non-arrival = No refund. If we need to cancel your booking with us please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made.
