All of our rooms at The Franklin Hotel are a little bit different. That being said there are some things within them that are the same. All have en suite bathroom, Nespresso machine, refrigerator, iron, wall mounted flat panel television & split-system air conditioner. All have original, unique artwork from local artists. A stone's throw west of Victoria Square, we are located directly opposite Adelaide's coach transit station. Just walk west on Franklin Street until you see the 'retro' illuminated accommodation sign! If you are having trouble just give us a phone call and we can help out - 8410 0036.
1.THE FRANKLIN BOUTIQUE HOTEL does not charge a customer when taking a booking. In order to secure a booking however we do require a valid Credit Card. These details are recorded at time of booking into our encrypted Booking System. 2.We will allow cancellation of a booking up to 7 (seven) days before arrival date. At this time cancellation will incur no charge. 3.Cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before check-in may incur a charge; THE FRANKLIN BOUTIQUE HOTEL reserves the right to charge 50% of the first night of accommodation booked. 4.Any cancellations made after 6pm on the date before check-in date will result in full payment of accommodation.
