Albany Beachside Accommodation offers two spacious, self-contained options: a cosy villa or a modern apartment, perfect for families, couples, or small groups. Old Salty is our spacious 4-bedroom beach house, ideal for families or group getaways. It can accommodate up to six guests across three bedrooms and features a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, laundry facilities, reverse-cycle air conditioning, a BBQ, and undercover parking at the door. The Sand Castle is a purpose built 3 bedroom apartment-style accommodation at the front of our property. Each bedroom has its own newly renovated ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. Enjoy open-plan living with a full kitchen, dining and lounge area that opens onto a generous balcony with scenic views of Mount Clarence. A guest laundry and on-site parking are also included. Follow the signs towards Middleton Beach from the main roundabout on Albany Highway until you reach Middleton Road. Continue towards Middleton Beach and turn left onto Marine Terrace. Look out for us on the right hand side. (Formerly The Terrace)
Booking & Cancellation • 50% deposit required at time of booking; balance due 30 days before arrival. • Cancellations within 14 days of arrival: one night’s fee applies (unless rebooked). • Cancellations within 7 days: one night’s fee or 50% of total booking (whichever is greater) is non-refundable. • Payment of deposit confirms acceptance of all terms. House Rules • No Smoking: $300 fee applies if smoke is detected or causes guest complaints. • No Pets: Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. • No Fish Cleaning: Scaling or cleaning fish on site is not permitted. • Damage/Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damage.
