Quiet Hours: After 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM on weekdays, and after 10:00 PM until 9:00 AM on weekends and public holidays. Cleanliness: Properties must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning charges may apply if left unsatisfactory. Security: Guests are responsible for securing the property during their stay. Damage: Any damage or loss must be reported immediately. Costs will be charged to the guest. Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited inside the property. Breaches may incur additional cleaning fees. Pets: Only permitted at pet-friendly properties with prior approval. A per night, per pet fee applies. Guests must clean up after pets. Additional Services Linen: Provided and included in the cleaning fee. Mid-Stay Cleaning: Available on request.
