From Albany Visitor Centre, go back to the Roundabout at the top of York Street and take exit to Middleton Beach Road. Follow this until one street before the beach, then turn right into Marine Tce, then left into Barnett St. We are on the left half way along, ie. 7 Barnett Street, Middleton Beach.
Deposit: A minimum deposit of 50% of the value of the booking is required at the time of making the booking unless the booking is made within 14 days of arrival whereupon payment in full is required. Cancellation Conditions: If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival there will be an automatic cancellation charge equivalent to the cost of one nights accommodation unless the accommodation is rebooked. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival there will be an automatic non-refundable cancellation charge equivalent to one nights accommodation or 50% of the entire booking which ever is greater.
