The property has 3 off street parking spots, including 1 undercover. Additionally they provide free wireless HiSpeed Internet, DVD's and xBox 360 for family entertainment. Complimentary tea, coffee, milk and biscuits are also provided. Linnen is included and the place is very child friendly. Guests have access to the whole place including a back yard and front porch. Drive down the main street (York Street). Turn right at the second last roundabout, at Peels Place (where the war memorial is) and Cuthbert Street is the second street on you right. Cuthbert House is Number 5 just on the corner.
Within 2 weeks of arrival - deposit forfeited. Within one calendar month before 2 weeks of arrival - one nights accommodation forfeited. More than one month of arrival - $75 booking fee. Guest and visitors will be liable for any damage and stay at their own risk.
