Guest Cancellations: Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled between 7 and 30 days before check-in. No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before check-in. Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking (for bookings made more than 7 days before arrival). Agent Cancellations: If the property becomes unavailable, we will endeavor to find alternative accommodation or provide a full refund.
