Park Avenue Holiday Units is located only 200m from Middleton Beach, nestled between the beach and Eyre Park, only a two minute walk from local restaurants, cafes and breathtaking coastal views from the Board Walk. Turn right into Golf Links Rd at the 4th roundabout from York St on Middleton Road, which is only 3km from the Albany City Centre. Look for our sign and turn right into Seppings St to visit our on site reception.
TOTAL NON SMOKING PROPERTY If cancelled or modified 30 or more days before arrival date no fee will be charged. Full cost of stay if cancelled within 29 days of arrival date. Once checked in no refunds for shortened stay. In case of no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged. Maximum number of persons permitted in each unit: 1 bed unit 2 persons. 2bed unit 5 persons. 3bed unit 7 persons.
