Overlooking Moulting Lagoon Conservation area and neighbouring the remarkable and pristine Friendly Beaches, it is a sanctuary in the heart of one of Australia's iconic landscapes. Architecturally designed by Hobart firm Dock 4 and complimented by works from Tasmanian artists. Aplite house is a completely solar powered luxury eco accommodation experience.
PAYMENT TERMS: Deposit amount is one night of total booking value. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. CANCELLATION TERMS: Cancellation fees apply. 2+ weeks prior to arrival - 50% of booking value minus $50 administration fee. 14 days or less prior to arrival - non-refundable. No arrivals permitted on Christmas Day Boxing Day and New Years Day. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances.
