Boasting 4 spacious queen size bedrooms, a day bed, accommodating 9 in all. Conveniently located next door to Jasmine's cottage accommodating up to 15. TAKE FULL ADVANTAGE of the vineyard position as you relax on the back decking with picturesque views over the valley…one of the best views in the Barossa. Enjoy a glass from our complimentary bottle of local wine while gazing over the russet hues of autumn vines or perhaps on cosy winter nights curl up beside a crackling log fire enjoying some chocolate truffles or a glass of port from our decanter. IMMERSE YOURSELF in the bubbles of a deliciously warm spa bath and enfold yourself in a fluffy bathrobe provided for your use. ON YOUR ARRIVAL, help yourself to afternoon tea of gourmet Vienna biscuits dipped in chocolate, cappuccino pods, a selection of teas with fresh milk. START THE DAY with sumptuous breakfast provisions left for you to cook at your convenience. Cereal, fresh milk, pancake mix, maple syrup, farm eggs, local smoked bacon, tomatoes, bake beans, and country bread with a selection of jams. ENJOY THE SPACE as even with 9 guests you are not on top of each other. There are two separate bathrooms with under floor heating, one with a toilet, vanity and stand-alone shower. The other bathroom has a two person spa bath and double shower and another separate toilet & vanity area. TAKE A SHORT STROLL to cafes, restaurants, bakery, supermarket, pub, art gallery and wine tasting centre. CANCELLATION POLICY: Please advise of any cancellations as soon as possible. Up to 14 days prior to booking: Refund all monies except a $55 processing fee OR transfer of monies paid to a future booking. Within 14 days of booking: One nights tariff retained OR transfer of monies paid to a future booking. During the booking period: No refund. Your credit card details are held for security. Non-Smoking Accommodation: Smoking is not permitted inside the B&B. Due care & cleanliness: Although we understand accidents do happen obvious indiscriminate damage or uncleanliness in the B&B is not acceptable. Evidence of such abuse will result in a $300 excess cleaning charge to your credit card along with any applicable replacement/repair costs.
