April 2012 - Joey OGrady Fleurs 2nd year apprentice chef attended a training workshop in preparation for the World Skills competion later this year. Joey has been selected to represent the North Coast Region. With a bit of Luck & hard work Joey could make it to Germany. Ballina Rivafest - Taste of TAFE Cookery Competion - Winner is Fleurs Restaurants Apprentice Chef, Vaughan Williams judged number one by Justine, from Master Chef. Vaughan prepared a mouth watering dish with King prawns layered upon a coriander,mango salsa with a summer mango vinaigrette. Book a table at Fleurs and sample Vaughans cullinary skills that won him first place in the competition that was open to all Apprentice Chefs in Lismore, Ballina, Byron area.

You can cancel or modify your booking outside Twenty Four (24) hours from your scheduled arrival date without penalty. If this booking is cancelled or modified within Twenty Four (24) hours from your scheduled arrival date you will be charged the 1st nights accommodation value of your original booking.
