Barossa Idyll

Full payment is required at time of booking failure to do this will result in the cancellation of the booking. All service changes/cancellations will be subject to a minimum $100 AUD cancellation/administration fee or 10% of total booking amount whichever is greater. Cancellation notified more than 30 days prior to arrival date will be entitled to a refund less $100 administration fee. Cancellations notified 30 days or less prior to arrival date will forfeit the full money paid. Prior to arrival you will be required to produce credit card details to be recorded for security purposes This credit card will be charged if the following issues are breached. Bedroom charges Barossa Idyll is booked on the number of bedrooms utilised and charged accordingly charges will be adjusted to the appropriate rate if extra bedrooms are used during your stay. Damages/Smoking/Cleaning An excess charge will be charged if Barossa Idyll is not left as it is presented to the guests. If excessive cleaning is required fees start from $50. If any disruption to future bookings occurs due to lack of care this will result in all charges being passed onto the guest. Travel insurance is recommended for all bookings to provide adequate protection against cancellation of travel.
