Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the arrival date are entitled to a full refund of deposit/monies paid less a $30.00 administration fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date will forfeit the deposit/monies paid. *COVID-19 - Flexible booking policy: If cancellation is necessary due to changes in Government regulations or due to Covid related illness we will honour a full refund or postpone your stay to another date with changes permitted up to and including day of arrival. Normal cancellation policy applies to all other non COVID related cancellations.
