The Victoria Hotel Bathurst is a newly renovated, 19 room boutique hotel situated in the CBD of Bathurst. We are not your average accommodation that you would find above a pub. We are a glorious mixture of old-world charm and contemporary elegance, bursting with colour and artworks from local artists, which are showcased as a gallery in the hallways and rooms.
Nestled in a historical precinct incorporating Keppel Street and the railway, you are within a short walk to the town centre. Newly refurbished, clean, comfortable and very affordable, community friendly with a great pub downstairs for food and live music.
Situated directly across from the historical railway station and a short walk to town past the iconic shops and cafes of Keppel St. A 10 minute taxi ride will bring you right to our door from the airport.
The Victoria Hotel Bathurst POLICIES TERMS & CONDITIONS DEFINITIONS: "Booking" - defines the time for which you have paid to stay at the property of The Victoria Hotel Bathurst. "Property" - means premises of 3 Keppel St Bathurst and all its yards fixtures fittings and inclusions. "Guest" - persons who stay overnight in the property during the booking. "Visitor" - all persons the guest permits entry to the property during the booking. ACCEPTANCE: We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. These full terms and conditions available on this website will constitute our terms and conditions. Other websites and or booking providers may not have a complete or up-to-date list of all terms and conditions. Booking your accommodation or entry to the property is an acceptance of these terms and conditions. CHECK IN: Please note that arrival times must be between 2:00pm - 6:00pm. Early check in is subject to availability prior approval and may incur extra charges. Check in's after 6:00pm must be arranged with management prior to day of check in. CHECK OUT: Check out time is 10:00am. Late check out is subject to availability and prior approval and may incur extra charges. Room is to be left with door closed and all personal items removed. PAYMENTS: All bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival. All fees and charges will be in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST. A valid credit card imprint is required on check in to act as a security deposit. CANCELLATIONS: Bookings that are cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival will be fully refunded. Exceptions to this include specials promotions and non-refundable rates. Cancellations within 48 hours prior to arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee. We can in some cases and with management approval use part of your payment to secure a future booking date if more than 48 hours notice is given. PET POLICY Pets are NOT permitted on the property except for working service animals. This policy will apply to all guests and visitors. All service animals are accommodated by negotiation ONLY and subject to management approval. References will assist approval. There is NO charge for the service animal when it is clear to the cleaners and management that the animals have NOT been on furniture and there is no evidence of scat or damage in rooms or on the property. You are required to bring all feeding bowls and bedding and animals are not to be left at the property unattended. At all times service animals must be kept under control and not be of disturbance to other guests or neighbors. EXTRA CHARGES: We reserve the right to charge to your credit card any damaged or stolen property caused by guests or visitors in your group during your booking. On check out your room must be left tidy. All rubbish must be placed in appropriate bins provided. All items and furniture must be left in the room. Items taken into other rooms may be charged to your card. Any excess cleaning beyond normal will be charged to your credit card at $45 per hour. This may include but not exclusive to cleaning spills needing to move furniture back into place or returning items to their correct rooms. All our rooms are non-smoking as well as free of any illicit substances. You will be charged a cleaning fee of up to $250 if it is found that guests or visitors of guests have smoked or used illicit substances in the rooms and you will be evicted from the property immediately. Room keys must be returned to reception upon check out. If any keys are lost the guest will be liable for the cost of a replacement key which is $50. Only guests nominated at the time of booking or with management approval are to stay at the property overnight. There is no option or capability for additional bedding to be placed in the rooms. For additional guests a separate room will need to be booked and paid for. Guests are not permitted to use their own additional bedding in the rooms as per fire and emergency safety procedures. Disturbance to our neighbors including excess noise is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. Extra charges for security cleaning rubbish removal damages or repairs may apply. All vehicles must be parked on the street or in designated parking. Placing your vehicle on nature strips or in access driveways may see council or management fines and fees applied. ISSUES AND QUESTIONS: Management must be notified immediately if any issues arise. Management will then rectify the issue to the best of their ability. You must allow access for service or repairs if required. Any complaint that cannot be resolved by management or claim for refund of accommodation expense in compensation must be made in writing within 24 hours of departing the property. No refunds will be honoured if management has not been notified of the issue and given the opportunity to rectify the issue prior to check out. We recommend guest purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
