Beachcroft is set in a central location with plenty of room for children to play or simply laze around enjoying the sun. There are private coves and safe swimming beaches right opposite this property. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. This house has lots of natural light and has an open plan kitchen and lounge area. There is also a second small family room downstairs, which is great for kids to hang out in and play games. There is plenty of parking and room for a small boat. The boat ramp is a one minute drive from this holiday house. Coles Bay is a 2.5 hour drive from Hobart & 2.5 hour drive from Launceston (if you drive down the Midland Hwy and across from Campbelltown) Please be careful driving at night, as soon as the sun starts going down the native wildlife start to come out. It is advisable to try to be at your next destination before dark wherever you are driving in Tasmania.
Cancellation of a booking greater than 14 days before the date of your arrival will be free of charge minus a $50 administration fee. Cancellation of a booking within 14 days before the date of your arrival or a no-show will incur 100% of the total booking.
