**About Our B&B** We are a traditional hosted Bed & Breakfast. **Do you live at the B&B?** Yes, we live on site. **Will we have to socialise with the hosts?** We’re usually around at breakfast and to welcome guests. We’re happy to share tips about McLaren Vale, but we respect your privacy. The guest sitting room is for you to enjoy — we have our own separate space. Over the years many guests have become friends, and some return often. **Will we be the only guests?** Probably not. We have two guest rooms, so it’s common for both to be booked. Each room has its own ensuite, plus there’s a shared lounge, dining room and courtyard. **Do I need to cook my own breakfast?** No — we cook and serve breakfast for you. Choose from our Cooked Breakfast or Light continental breakfast, served in the guest lounge at the communal table. **What time is breakfast?** Breakfast is served at 8.00am or 9.00am. A Light Taste continental option is available earlier if needed. **Can I smoke on the property?** No. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. You may smoke on the council footpath or street. **Can we cook our own meals?** No, self-catering is not available. **Are there any cooking facilities?** There is a small kitchenette with tea and coffee facilities and a fridge. Please note there is no oven, microwave or stovetop.
McLaren Vale is home to around 75 wineries, most of them boutique in size. On weekends, you can browse the local farmers’ markets and fill a picnic basket with fresh bread, cheese, olives and fruit, or settle in for a long lunch at a vineyard restaurant. Explore the Shiraz Trail on foot, by bike or on horseback, or discover the region’s creative side with one of the many art-focused driving and walking trails.

Follow signs to the Fleurieu Peninsula and McLaren Vale. Take the Southern Expressway south from Bedford Park, which ends at Old Noarlunga. Continue on the A13 and take the left exit at the bottom of the hill onto Main Road. The McLaren Vale Visitor Centre will be on your left. Turn left onto Chalk Hill Road, about 200 metres past the Visitor Centre. Bellevue is 100 metres down on the right-hand side.
