CANCELLATION TERMS: Cancellation fees apply. 29-120 days prior to arrival - loss of all money paid unless the property is re-let for the same period and similar amount. A $100 cancellation fee applies if the property is re-let. Guest can elect to move the booking to a later date (within the following 3 months of the original arrival date) at the same property only. 28 days or less - no refund. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances.
