Regardless of whether you prefer a one bedroom/one bathroom or two bedroom/two bathroom configuration for your stay, each apartment is serviced weekly and has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, as well as a study nook/desk with free wi-fi access. Guests also enjoy the resort-style pool and BBQ area, on-site gym and secure parking, along with convenient access to retailers and cafes at street level. Located in the heart of a thriving community, Boulevard North Lakes is walking distance from restaurants and Westfield shopping centre, close to North Lakes Day Hospital and medical precinct, 5 minutes from the Bruce Highway, 30 minutes from the Brisbane CBD and only 40 minutes from Brisbane Airport.
• The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel within 7 days of arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they'll be charged the total price of the reservation. • The guest can be charged a prepayment of the cost of the first night within 7 days of arrival. • We accept prepayment by: Credit card. We refund within 7 days. • For Bookings over Christmas or Easter Holiday Periods full payment of the reservation will be taken 7 days prior to arrival with no refunds allowed
