Click HereBright Cabin and Caravan Park, Camp Crusty, started life in the late 1930s as a camp for loggers working in the local pine plantations. During the 1950s it morphed into a camp that hosted school groups and clubs. More recently it has become a destination for tourists travelling to the Bright area looking for a natural holiday experience. Camp Crusty has a rich history being one of the most historic areas in the Alpine Region.
CANCELLATION POLICY – Within 30 days of arrival No refunds will be given if you are arriving within 30 days. Cancellations made within the 30-day window will not receive a refund. Once checked in, there is a strict no-refund policy for cancellations or booking alterations. Exception: Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a 100% refund and no cancellation fee, provided the booking is not for the same day and the guest has not arrived on site. CANCELLATION POLICY – Greater than 30 days prior to arrival If your booking is outside of the 30-day window, then you are eligible for a 100% refund, minus a $100 cancellation fee. Exception: Cancellations made within 7 days of placing the booking are eligible for a 100% refund and no cancellation fee, provided the booking does not lapse within the 30-day window. RESCHEDULE POLICY Bookings may be rescheduled by providing new dates up to 14 days prior to arrival. We do not offer booking credits. Rescheduled dates may be any available dates within 9 months of the original arrival date. Once a booking has been rescheduled, it becomes non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled again. CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE CONDITIONS These policies apply in all circumstances regardless of the reason. Cancellation and refund terms may vary for bookings made through third-party booking channels. All refunds and reschedule requests are subject to availability and management discretion. All cancellation and reschedule requests must be submitted in writing via email.
