PAYMENT TERMS: Deposit amount is $800 (50% of total booking value during Peak season). Balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival (6 weeks during Peak season). CANCELLATION TERMS: 6+ weeks prior to arrival - loss of deposit unless property can be rebooked for same dates. If rebooked deposit is refundable minus $100 administration fee. 6-3 weeks prior to arrival - loss of all money paid unless the property can be rebooked for same dates. If rebooked the balance paid minus the deposit is refundable. 3 weeks or less - loss of all money paid unless the property can be rebooked for same dates. If rebooked 70% of the balance amount paid minus the deposit is refundable. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances.
