NO Hens nights, NO Bucks parties, NO end of year parties, NO excessive drinking that causes any kind of a disturbance to other guests. At the owner's discretion you will be removed from the property if there are any complaints from other paying guests AND no refund given! Credit card fees do apply to all bookings, prior arrangement can be made for Bank transfer, or cash payment to avoid fees. Off Peak: Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a fee of 1 night's stay. Peak Policy: Cancellations made up to 48 hours before arrival will be charged 50% of total booking value. Cancellations made within 48 hours are nonrefundable.
