Low Season - The guest can cancel with $55 cancellation fee until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival. Holiday Season & Peak Season - The guest can cancel with $200 cancellation fee until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. All cancellations must be in writing.
