This home is perfectly located near Wilson Inlet, Ocean Beach, and the Bibbulman Track. FEATURES: The house accommodates up to 6 guests and features: 3 Bedrooms: Queen, Queen, and Twin beds 2 Bathrooms: Includes a luxurious ensuite downstairs Outdoor Shower: Perfect after a beach day Downstairs Retreat: Ideal for parents or couples, with a private ensuite and verandah The spacious living, dining, and TV areas offer plenty of room for everyone. Relax with the large TV, books, toys, and games provided. AMENITIES: Karri Waters is equipped with everything you need: Well-appointed kitchen with dishwasher Split-system air conditioning, overhead fans, and solid fuel heater Washer and dryer for convenience Travel cot, booster chair, and stair gate available on request Step out onto the large deck to enjoy an outdoor table, BBQ, and views of the surrounding karri forest. EXTRAS: Linen and towels provided Starter pack: Tea, coffee, milk, and cooking basics/condiments Hand and body wash supplied CONDITIONS: No smoking indoors No parties or large events Small dogs are welcome by application and with an additional cleaning fee of $50. From Visitor Centre travel south along Ocean Beach Road approx 2km. Turn left into Weedon Hill Road, continue into Gilbert and follow road until Adams Road on right. Turn into Adams and house is number 5 on left.

LESS THAN 30 DAYS BUT GREATER THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: One nights tariff PLUS any fees levied by the booking agent (e.g. the Visitor Centres cancellation charge). 7 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN: No refund. PET POLICY: Small dogs are welcome upon application and approval, with an additional cleaning fee of $50. The property includes a fenced area in the front yard for your convenience. Confirmation from the owner is required for all pet booking acceptances. Please note that large dogs are not suitable for this property.
