Every Digs Lodgings residence has super comfy beds, large decks taking in the spectacular views, bike care and tools and secure storage. Choose from one of our immaculate properties, Derby Digs Cottage, Barn or Cabin in Derby, Tasmania, or Warburton, Victoria, catering for groups of 8 to 12 people.
Our locations have been handpicked for you to enjoy nearby mountain bike trails, pristine rain forests, rivers and hiking tracks. Whether you're staying for an adrenaline-packed MTB trip or simply relaxing and getting back to nature, there's a Digs Lodgings property perfect for you.
Coming from Launceston, we suggest travelling through Lilydale to Scottsdale. Stop at Woolworths in Scottsdale. Then onto Derby through Branxholm. As you drive through Derby pass Dorset Hotel on the left, Two doors Down Coffee shop on the right - turn right into Cascade Dam Road.
1. STRICT Cancellation Policy Guests may cancel a booking up to 60 days prior to the booking and receive a refund less any booking/credit card fees incurred by us. Guests will be charged 60% of the booking fee if cancellation is within 60 days of arrival. No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 14 days in advance of arrival or a no-show. Guests are advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances. General Rules: •Please leave Derby Digs Cottage in the same condition you found it. •Maximum number of guests is 8. •The number of guests occupying Derby Digs Cabin must not exceed the number specified in the booking •The person (guest) nominated on the booking form must occupy Derby Digs Cottage. •Derby Digs Cottage is not a party house. Please respect the neighbors. •No pets, sorry •No undue noise, no drug and no smoking •Please don’t bring your bikes and bike shoes into the Cottage. Bikes in the bike shed and shoes on the under cover deck. •The town of Derby is not on mains sewage and all properties use septic tanks. PLEASE do not place any foreign objects into the toilet as this destroys the tank and how it functions
