Located in the heart of beautiful Derby, our accommodation consists of three unique cabins. All self-contained and fitted out to the highest standards. We want to give you the best experience for your adventure to Derby.
Each of the cabins is a beautiful retreat to relax at the end of a day of adventure or sit with a book and a cup of tea. Featuring an open plan kitchen and dining/lounge, loft bedrooms and private bathrooms they are your own space. Inside the Ringarooma Cabin you will find warm Tasmanian oak floors, a custom designer full kitchen with dishwasher, induction cook-top and microwave, as well as reverse cycle cooling for summer evenings with the added heat of a combustion stove for cooler winter nights. The Loft Cabins have all the same beautiful features but a kitchenette with induction stove top and convection microwave, and full size fridge. Relax on the deck with a cold drink, fire up the BBQ or sit around the communal fire-pit as the evening falls. You’ll just hear the sound of the river nearby.

Cancellation policy Cancellations made 14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the booking cost and 100% thereafter. If government health restrictions prevent you from staying with us for the dates you have booked we will credit any payments made against future bookings with us. Terms, conditions and privacy policy Arrival + Departure Check-in time is from 2pm. Check-out time is prior to 10am - later departure times can be arranged, subject to availability, however applicable day-use charges or an additional night’s fee may also apply. No Shows Failure to arrive on the date specified will result in the cancellation of your booking and may incur a charge equal to accommodation package cost. Some prepaid rates, discounted rates, high demand and special event periods may incur an alternative cancellation policy. Minimum Stays + Cleaning Fees A minimum length of stay of two nights applies to all bookings, unless otherwise stated. Cleanings fees may be applied to some bookings, the fee will be communicated during the reservation process and is also supplied in the confirmation email.
