Bookings made on this special rate have a Forty-Eight (48) Hour Cancellation Policy.

You can cancel or modify your booking outside Forty-Eight (48) hours from your scheduled arrival date without penalty. If this booking is cancelled or modified within Forty-Eight (48) from your scheduled arrival date you will be charged the 1st nights’ accommodation value of your original booking. Please note that a credit card pre-authorisation of AUD $200 is required on check in and a photocopy of a drivers license or other photo ID is required in the same name as on the booking confirmation. This pre-authorisation is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation no smoking in the room and return of room key. If the guests do not own a credit card a cash bond of $100 will be required. The cash bond would be refunded after the room inspection on check out . A weekly housekeeping service is provided after 7 nights stay. We do not service on Sundays or Public Holidays. During reception hours tea/coffee/sugar/milk and fresh towels are available from the front desk.
