Any Homestead cancellations or amendments requested greater than sixty (60) days prior to arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) night of accommodation. Any cancellations or amendments requested between thirty one (31) and sixty (60) days from arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to fifty (50) percent of the booking (inclusive of all accommodation, pre-booked meals, conferencing, functions, transfers, visitor permits and tours). Any cancellations or amendments requested within thirty (30) days of arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one hundred (100) percent of the booking (inclusive of all accommodation, pre-booked meals, conferencing, functions, transfers, visitor permits and tours). No refunds are available in the event of an early departure or non-arrival.
