With many activities such as swimming, cycling, national park walks, and wine and cheese tours, Eldorado is a great spot to reconnect with nature and experience delicious food. A short walk up the road will have you at Victoria’s smallest pub, The McEvoy Tavern, where you will be welcomed by kind locals and a great meal. CANCELLATION POLICY – Within 30 days of arrival No refunds will be given if you are arriving within 30 days. Cancellations made within the 30-day window will not receive a refund. Once checked in, there is a strict no-refund policy for cancellations or booking alterations. Exception: Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a 100% refund and no cancellation fee, provided the booking is not for the same day and the guest has not arrived on site. CANCELLATION POLICY – Greater than 30 days prior to arrival If your booking is outside of the 30-day window, then you are eligible for a 100% refund, minus a $100 cancellation fee. Exception: Cancellations made within 7 days of placing the booking are eligible for a 100% refund and no cancellation fee, provided the booking does not lapse within the 30-day window. RESCHEDULE POLICY Bookings may be rescheduled by providing new dates up to 14 days prior to arrival. We do not offer booking credits. Rescheduled dates may be any available dates within 9 months of the original arrival date. Once a booking has been rescheduled, it becomes non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled again. CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE CONDITIONS These policies apply in all circumstances regardless of the reason. Cancellation and refund terms may vary for bookings made through third-party booking channels. All refunds and reschedule requests are subject to availability and management discretion. All cancellation and reschedule requests must be submitted in writing via email.
