The Elm Tree Motel is a 4 star AAA rated property, located centrally in Warrnambool, only a short walking distance to the shops and only one block from the CBD. All rooms are on the ground floor, and have mini bar, complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits. All rooms have an iron and ironing board, hair dryer and internet access. Standard rooms, Twin rooms and two bedroom Family rooms are available.
Coming from Portland turn left at the lights at Kepler Street and we are 50 metres on the left beside KFC. Coming from Melbourne along the Great Ocean Road enter Warrnambool via the Princes Highway which meets the Great Ocean Road. Turn right at Kepler Street at the lights and we are located 50 metres on the left beside KFC.
All guests must give 48 hours notice before the check in date if intending to cancel. If notice is given less then 48 hours before check in a cancellation fee of one nights accommodation applies. During Peak periods, Public & School Holidays we require 1 weeks notice of cancellation or 1 nights accommodation will be charged as cancellation fee
