Cancellation Policy Cancellation Policy – Booking Alterations, Cancellations & Refunds Direct Bookings (Made Through Emerald Tourist Park) Changes to Bookings You can change your booking if you provide at least 7 days’ notice before your arrival date. Changes are subject to availability and current pricing. Only one change is allowed per booking. If you cancel after making a change, no refund or credit will be given. Cancellations If you cancel outside 7 days of your arrival date, you will receive a refund minus a $30 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 7 days, no refund or credit will be given. No-Shows & Early Departures No refunds are provided for no-shows or early departure.
