From Kingscote follow the Playford Highway, turn right onto North Coast Road. turn Right on to Emu Bay Road. Turn R on to Gap Road. 1st left is a dirt road. Bates Road. 2nd right is Bayview Road. We are number 21. The roads are well sign posted to Emu bay and then Emu Bay Holiday Homes.
Cancellation more than 42 days before arrival – full refund Cancellation between 42- 21 days of arrival – 50 % of total cost. Cancellation 21-7 days before arrival – 80% of total cost. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival – 100% of total cost. Arrival time is based on 2 pm check-in South Australian time on arrival day. We recommend you take out travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances. Severe weather conditions in winter may occasionally cause ferry cancellations. Please contact us as each case is handled on an individual basis. The same accommodation cancellation conditions apply for guests arriving by plane or ferry to Kangaroo Island. No refunds can be given for unused services or early departures.
