During off peak (low period) deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified of the cancellation 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. If notice is given less than 48 hours before your scheduled arrival, the Park will retain all of the deposit. Bookings can be moved without penalty if given at least 48 hours notice. Any deposits refunded will be minus a $25.00 booking administration fee. There are NO REFUNDS for early departures, no shows, change of mind, inclement weather or where guests are asked to leave the park for breaching park rules. PEAK AND HIGH PEAK PERIODS: During peak & high peak periods, bookings must be PAID IN FULL 14 days prior to arrival. Deposits will only be refunded if you notify the Park of your cancellation at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If you provide 7-13 days, notice of cancellation, your payment will only be refunded if the site or cabin is resold for the whole duration of the period booked. If notice is received less than 7 days before your scheduled arrival, full payment will be forfeited. Bookings can be moved without penalty if given at least 14 days notice. GROUP BOOKINGS: Group bookings include bookings made up of 5 or more sites and/or cabins and require a 25% deposit at time of booking. Group bookings must be PAID IN FULL 30 days prior to arrival. If you provide 14-29 days, notice of cancellation, your payment will only be refunded if the site or cabin is resold for the whole duration of the period booked.
