Located right opposite the pedestrian entry to the Fremantle Arts Centre which is at the corner of James and Finnerty streets. This apartment door is accessed from Finnerty Street. Go through green metal gates to the front door and use the code given to open. 500 m from Fremantle centre. Walk across Fremantle Park or take the CAT (Central Area Transit - free jump on jump off bus) to the shops and railway station.
Minimum Stay 2 nights. Maximum number of adults (over 18 years) per accommodation 6. Christmas/New Year Bookings & Cancellation Policy Bookings: *Two nights non-refundable deposit is taken if any booking made for the period 15th December –15th January is cancelled.
CANCELLATIONS: * Cancellation without notice: If you just do not turn up without notifying us there is no normal refund - at the discretion of the managers. * Cancellation within two weeks of the start date of the booking incurs a fee equal to 2 days. Cancellation within 48 hours * If a stay is reduced in length then discount for long stays will be forfeited. You may like to take out travel insurance to cover you for any problems that may occur.
