The owners eye for detail - unique taste and style discernment are all guideposts leading us through a tour of this unique and totally relaxing holiday house. You'll feel instantly at home - magazines, books, old school board games, a big TV (No Wifi) quality 100% linens - including towels - step out onto the back veranda to take in the amazing 360 views of the Indian Ocean! or watch the stunning sunsets on the deck at the back of the garden - there's a big back yard - plenty of parking room for caravans and boats down the side laneway. Honestly - St Joans is a perfect getaway for adults looking for a unique stay that has everything! Located approx 15 minutes north of the town centre. The owners have thought of everything including shampoo/body wash. There is also a coffee machine (pods included) so you can make your own expresso at home and enjoy your coffee on the veranda watching the ocean. Drummond Cove is a quiet little suburb just 12kms north of the Geraldton CBD - stock up on supplies on your way to St Joans by stopping at the Sunset IGA which has a supermarket, liquor store, chemist, hairdresser and a newsagent all in one convenient spot it's about 1km to St Joans - Drummond Cove is home to some of Geraldton's best swimming beaches, enjoy fishing off the beach or go for a surf at the famous "Glennies" all this is less than a 5 minute drive from St Joans or walk down the hill and be on the beach in about 5 minutes! The 440 Roadhouse is also open 24hrs 7 days a week and that's about 1/2 a kilometre from St Joans perfect for late night snacks/Fuel/papers/fast foods/ supermarket items etc. Base rate reflects 2 people per night. Extra guests are $59 per night each. Pet fee is $59 per pet per stay: maximum 2 dogs. Please request first if wanting to bring a pet before confirmation of booking. St Joans is located approximately 12kms north of the city of Geraldton at Drummond Cove. There are no cafes or restaurant in Drummond Cove.
