PAYMENT TERMS: Deposit amount is 50% of total booking value. Balance is due at time of check-in. Credit Card Fees apply - 2.5% Amex. CANCELLATION TERMS: If you cancel your booking the following charges will apply in relation to each booking: Up to 14 days prior to check-in: $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from deposit paid for each room. A credit will be issued for the deposit remainder. Between 3 and 13 days prior to check-in date: $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from deposit paid for each room. A credit will be issued for the deposit remainder. 2 days or less prior to check-in date: 100% cancellation fee will apply and The Dudley will debit the full amount of your booking less any amount which you have already paid. For Special Arrangement bookings the following applies: If special arrangements have been made for catering (for example the ordering of celebration or birthday cakes) packages that include pre-purchased booking fees (for example tours treatments etc) are cancelled within 7 days of check-in payment in full for these items will be required. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances.
