Any cancellations made 15 days or more from the arrival date can be made free of charge. Any cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Hotel policy). Important note re COVID-19. Please be aware of the current risk of travel restrictions being imposed due to COVID-19 which may not be covered by travel insurance. If you are unable to travel due solely to mandatory travel restrictions and/or lock-downs or having to quarantine on arrival in Tasmania we will assist you with moving your booking within 12 months of cancellation. If you instead request a full cancellation within 14 days of arrival a cancellation fee of $15 + 1.8% of the booking value will be charged at the owners discretion and the balance refunded via fund transfer.
