Click HerePAYMENT TERMS: Deposit amount is $200 (refundable for cancellations due to COVID-19 restrictions or if closed due to advice from authorities. Final balance is due 5 days prior to arrival. Accepted Cards: EFTPOS Visa MasterCard and AMEX/JCB. CANCELLATION TERMS: Cancellation fees apply. 26 days or more prior to arrival - full refund of the deposit paid. Between 25-11 days prior to arrival - deposit held for an alternative date. Between 10-6 days prior to arrival - 50% payment will be charged. 5 days or less prior to arrival - full payment charged. Guests are responsible for any damage arising during their stay. Guests hereby agree for any damage charges to be deducted from their credit card. If the villa is left unreasonable unclean or requires extra cleaning including of the linen a fee of $100 will be charged. We highly recommend travel insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances.
