Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 2pm 3 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled after this time will be charged a penalty equivalent to the cost of one nights stay. If you fail to provide notice of cancellation or fail to arrive as per your booking (no-show) you will be charged a penalty equivalent to 100% of the cost of your entire stay.
