Welcome to Fair Winds, a modern 4-bed, 2-bath home located in the charming southern end of a beautiful fishing town. This spacious retreat is perfect for larger families or a couple of small ones sharing, offering a comfortable and relaxing environment for your stay.
Just a short walk to the beach and a quick bike ride to shopping areas and the jetty, Fair Winds ensures you'll enjoy both convenience and tranquility. KITCHEN The well-stocked kitchen includes pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, and appliances, with a microwave, stovetop, and oven for all your cooking needs. Plus, coffee lovers will appreciate the benchtop espresso coffee machine with a grinder. BEDROOMS The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and an en suite with a shower and toilet. Two other bedrooms also have queen beds, while the fourth bedroom is designed for kids with two single beds. BATHROOMS The family bathroom offers both a shower and a bathtub, separate from the toilet. LIVING ROOMS Relax in the cozy reading room with comfy lounge chairs and a variety of books and games. With two lounge areas, there's plenty of space for everyone to enjoy TV time - one for the kids and one for adults. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, ensuring you stay connected. OUTDOORS The backyard, while not enclosed, provides a lovely space with a dining table, chairs, and a gas BBQ on the back patio. TO NOTE - Some consumables like toilet paper and soaps are provided to get you through the first couple of days. - BYO Beach Towels. - No Bookings for School Leavers Groups or Party Groups will be accepted. - No Pets as the yard is not fully secure. All cancellations are to be received in writing preferably by email. Special conditions apply for cancellations. More than 60 days Prior to Check In Date: Bookings can be cancelled. No penalties. Cancelations received before 60 days of your stay are refundable. If cancelled within 60 days your cancelation is non refundable. No refunds or alterations will be offered for bad weather. Please note that a change of booking dates may attract the same conditions as for a cancellation as stated herein. COVID-19 Cancellation Policy After the declaration in 2020 as a global pandemic by the World Health Organisation, COVID-19 and all its’ consequences are no longer considered unforeseen or unexpected. Cancelling a booking because you have Covid or are a close Covid contact will no longer ensure you a refund of your stay.
