This property is best described as, economical, convenient, comfortable accommodation, all facilities necessary with plenty of room. Kimba is a wonderful stop over, halfway across Australia and perfect place to break your trip. Kimba has a doctor and hospital and most shopping facilities. Kimba is the gateway to the Gawler Ranges, a great getaway for a camping weekend. Unit 5 has a double bed Unit 4 has 1 double bed, and a fold up bed, sleeps 2 adults and a child or small adult. Unit 3 has a King single bed and a single bed. Unit 2 has a queen bed. NO PETS ALLOWED Beverages and milk and complimentary biscuits are supplied. Kitchen offers basic cooking facilities, fridge freezer, basic bathroom amenity and lounge area. A separate laundry is at the end of the building available for permanent tenants and overnight guests. Clothesline set up. Pets are allowed. A fee applies of $10 per stay for one pet and $20 for 2 pets The building is old and renovation is a work in progress, however, units are very clean and comfortable. NBN internet service is connected. Parking: For trucks and large vehicles with trailers,is over the road in carpark.. For cars, park alongside unit in the main driveway. There are 3 entry exits.
