Kira's pet friendly holiday house is an air conditioned three bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Spencer Park. Conveniently located close to Albany Hospital and the city centre. A short 3 minute drive to Albany CBD or 5 minute drive to Middleton Beach and the National ANZAC center Pet friendly (fees apply), with a fully enclosed backyard that has a covered patio with outdoor settings and bbq. The house is spacious and recently renovated with modern appliances. The fully equipped kitchen and laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer make it ideal for a self catered holiday. All linen is provided. The enclosed backyard is a fabulous area for the kids to play in. Just 30 min from the spectacular south coast with the Gap, Natural Bridge, Wind Farm and the Historic Whaling Station. Head east to explore the Porongurups, Skywalk, award winning wineries, Little Beach and the Stirling Range. Whale watching season is from May to October and if your are not keen to go out on a boat you can watch them from land. At times the mothers and their calves are just 100m from shore at Middleton Bay. The boardwalk is a great place to watch them breaching. Kira's is a perfect base to take day trips to Denmark, Walpole and Mt Barker. Kiras Holiday House is 5 minutes from the CBD and the beaches. There is a fully enclosed yard, covered patio with outdoor setting and gas bbq. The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen and includes a rice cooker. A folder bed can also be provided. Proud to be Pet Friendly, pet fee applies $20/night. The Albany Health Campus, supermarkets and restaurants are all within a 1.5km radius. When you arrive in Albany at the large roundabout take the North Road exit, stay on this road till the third roundabout then turn left into Ulster Road. Gairdner Road is the fourth street on the right and the house is number 12 which is on the right hand side near the top of the hill. The key lockbox is near the front door
Cancellation Policy: One months notice is required for cancellation of bookings during school holidays and long weekends. 72 hours notice is required for cancellation of bookings outside of peak times. Cancellation fees apply if cancellation is less than the required times as noted above. Pet Friendly accommodation with a surcharge of $15 per night for one dog and $20 per night for two dogs that will be added to your booking once confirmed.We request that you phone through credit card details to Emu Beach Chalets 9844 8889 to secure the house and for pet fees if applicable. In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.
