Valid photo identification and a credit card must be supplied at check in. The reservation name must match the ID and credit card provided. The credit card used for the deposit payment must be presented at check in by the cardholder. If you are not able to provide identification your booking will be cancelled and the full booking amount forfeited as a cancellation fee. A $200 pre-authorisation is required per room as a security deposit. For stays 5 days or greater a $500 pre-authorisation is required. The authorisation is processed on check in and must be on a debit/credit card that matches the name on the reservation. Koko Broadbeach enforces a strict ‘Guest Behaviour Policy’. Non-refundable eviction will apply to all bookings acting in contravention to this. There is a strict ‘No Party Policy’. Non-refundable eviction will apply to all parties or large gatherings. Smoking is prohibited. A $500 fine will be charged to anyone found smoking, including on the balconies. Koko Broadbeach does not accept Schoolies. All registered guests must be over 21 years of age for the QLD/NSW Schoolies week period. Koko Broadbeach reserves the right to cancel any reservation made as the result of errors relating to availability or rates. PAYMENT: A 1.5% surcharge applies for transactions processed by MasterCard or Visa at the property. Cash is not accepted at the property.
