Full payment for the accommodation is required 30 days prior to the check in date. There is a 100% refund if cancelling prior to 30 days to check in. Cancellation after 30 days or a “no show” incurs 100% loss of the full payment. Payments can be paid by Visa or Mastercard. We strongly advice guests to take out travel insurance to protect you against unexpected changes to their travel plans. In the unfortunate event of a cancellation we do require notification via email. Guests will be charged for damage resulting in the need for unusual additional cleaning or for replacement or repair of the building or it's contents.
