Cancellations: Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled between 7 and 30 days before check-in. No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before check-in. Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking (for bookings made more than 7 days before arrival). Check-In & Check-Out: Check-In: From 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-Out: By 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur a fee. Must be arranged in advance. Keys: Provided via lockbox. Codes will be sent prior to arrival. Guest Responsibilities: Occupancy: Only the number of guests specified in the booking are permitted to stay overnight. Conduct: Guests must behave responsibly and not cause a nuisance to neighbors. Excessive noise, parties, or unauthorized functions are prohibited. Quiet Hours: After 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM on weekdays, and after 10:00 PM until 9:00 AM on weekends and public holidays. Cleanliness: Properties must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning charges may apply if left unsatisfactory. Security: Guests are responsible for securing the property during their stay. Damage: Any damage or loss must be reported immediately. Costs will be charged to the guest. Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited inside the property. Breaches may incur additional cleaning fees. Pets: Only permitted at pet-friendly properties with prior approval. A per night, per pet fee applies. Guests must clean up after pets. Additional Services Linen: Provided and included in the cleaning fee. Mid-Stay Cleaning: Available on request. For stays longer than 2 weeks, a complimentary mid-stay clean (including linen change and consumables top-up) is provided.
