The Regents Park is an 1830’s Georgian Mansion that has been beautifully restored. The mansion, built for a judge, was originally part of a 1000 acre estate in the Maitland area. It now sits on 5 acres of magnificent sprawling gardens providing you and your guests with the perfect escape. STRA Registration Number: PID-STRA-9103
The property offers 2 boutique style accommodation options which when combined can accommodate 12 guests in grand elegance. - The Mansion accommodates 10 guests - The Gardeners Quarters (garden apartment) accommodates 2 guests
The property is positioned in Maitland in the heart of the Hunter Region and close driving proximity to Newcastle and Hunter Valley Wine Country (both 35 mins drive), Port Stephens, including Nelson Bay (40 mins drive). With easy access to the M1 and within two hours drive from Sydney, The Regents Park is the perfect accommodation destination for any occasion.
Notice of any cancellation or amendment to a reservation must be provided in writing by email. No cancellation fee will apply if notice is given 2 weeks prior to check in except for peak periods as listed below. A 50% deposit is retained as a cancellation fee if notice is given less than 2 weeks prior to check-in or a minimum of the one nights tariff as per booking policy. NB: Peak periods - includes but is not limited to: event and long weekends Christmas Easter school holidays and other advertised peak periods. A 50% deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee if notice in writing is not given 3 weeks prior to check-in. Any amendments / cancellations to the agreed length of stay will not be refunded after check-in. Charges will apply for NO SHOWS. The 50% deposit on all full-house bookings of more than one nights stay or one nights tariff for a one night booking is NON REFUNDABLE as per booking policy.
