We are a 3 storey walk up complex, offering spacious air conditioned middle and top floor apartments. Our penthouse apartments each feature a private rooftop area with heated outdoor spa/ hot tub and BBQ. All spa's/hot tubs are fenced to comply with Qld pool regulations. All apartments feature large balconies facing toward the ocean. We are 30 metres from the peaceful and serene Marcoola Beach, in a quiet area with Surf Club opposite and cafe,general store and Take away shop closeby. We have a security intercom system to the apartments and each apartment has its own lock up garage. Linen is provided and apartments are serviced weekly. 2 pools, 1 with spa nook and heated in winter months. Free WIFI
Getting Here - Surf Club Apartments are only a few minutes drive from the Sunshine Coast Regional Airport, the Sunshine Coasts main airport, and only around an hour and half from Brisbane International and Domestic Airports.We are located just off the David Low Way, and Marcoola is between Maroochydore and Coolum. There are also train services and connecting bus services which run regularly to bring you to the Sunshine Coast, as well as a reliable taxi service. A bus service now runs from the Sunshine Coast Airport to the bus stop right at the front of our complex! We are located on Marcoola Esplanade, and border Tamarindus Street where the reception is located.
CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT POLICY OFF PEAK - Minimum of 3 weeks notice (21 days) - if less than 3 weeks notice prior to arrival NO REFUND unless unit is relet for the same period of time (ie same dates and number of days) If a minimum of 3 weeks notice is given a full refund less 20% administration fee applies. PEAK PERIOD - School Holidays/Xmas and Easter Minimum of 6 weeks notice (42 days) if less than 6 weeks notice prior to arrival- NO REFUND unless unit is relet for same period of time (ie same dates and number of days). If a minimum of 6 weeks notice is given - a full refund less 20% administration fee applies.
