Peppermint Brook Cottages is located just five minutes strolling distance from Margaret River townships cafes, restaurants, shops and Visitor Centre. Our eight charming brick and iron, two bedroomed cottages surround a delightful lawned area and provide private, clean and comfortable accommodation in a bushland setting. We have a reverse-cycle air-conditioning unit in the living area. The Heritage Trails start just a few hundred metres away and you can enjoy a leisurely stroll through beautiful forest (including karri). For those with transport, we provide exclusive suggested itineraries; and for those without, we can assist with sightseeing. Ours is a well managed, well established property and is regarded as being amongst Margaret Rivers most affordable. For clean, comfortable, cosy, self-contained accommodation, you cant do better.
STRA6285XW7ABTEMSix of our two bedroomed self contained cottages have a queen size bed in each bedroom, plus double bunks for children; and the other two have a queen in one bedroom and two doubles in the other. Our kitchens are fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, stove, refrigerator and microwave. The sitting area is carpeted and has twin settees and television. Heating and cooling are provided by reverse-cycle air-conditioning. All linen and towels are provided; and we have DVD players for hire. Coin operated laundry facilities are available.
We provide a simple "starter" breakfast which includes Cornflakes/Just Right, HiLo milk, Harvey Fresh orange juice, tea / coffee / sugar sachets, jams and bread. Free Wi-Fi.
At the Visitors Centre, turn up Tunbridge Street (west) for 600 or so metres then, at Mann Street, turn right and youre home. So easy and soooo convenient!
For Peak periods no refund will be considered for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.There is a 3 night minium over the peak season ( christmas easter and leeuwin concert). For seasons other than Peak cancellations up to and including 7 days before arrival will be refunded in full or transferred to a later date booking. Within 7 days a refund will be provided for any nights which are subsequently rented.
