Cancellation Policy Prior to 14 days from date of arrival. If the apartment is re-booked for the equivalent period no fee will apply. Cancellation of the portion of the booked accommodation after arrival: a fee equivalent to one nights’ accommodation will apply. Non-arrival of booked accommodation a fee equivalent to 2 nights accommodation will apply. Any cancellation fees or charges will be automatically be charged to the credit card associated with the booking or deducted from any deposits received. All cancellations are subject to a 5% non-refundable processing fee. Travel Insurance is recommended. Upon arrival each guest will be required to sign a registration form and accept the terms and conditions therein of his/her stay.
