Cancellations/Amendments & Refunds 72 hours Cancellation Policy (Off Peak Policy): Cancellations/Amendments made up-to 72 hours prior to arrival will be refunded with no fees. Cancellations/Amendments made within 72 hours of arrival will be charged 100% of the total stay. Non-Refundable Cancellation Policy (Peak Policy): Cancellations/Amendments made for the below dates are non-refundable. · 1 December - 31 January of each year. · Easter break each year, Public Holiday’s and Long weekends. · Special occasions or events · PLEASE NOTE: The above dates are a guideline only, and subject to change on availability Children Children under the age of 9 are not permitted to sleep on top bunk beds.
