Booking Terms & Conditions: Minimum bookings apply to holidays & other periods of seasonal demand. Guest must vacate the park by 10am. Late checkout is available at an extra fee when forward bookings allow. Park facilities are for guests only. Guest visitors must register with reception before entering the park. Special booking & Cancellations conditions apply to all holiday and long weekend periods. Management endeavors to hold the accommodation or site booked but reserves the right to transfer a booking without notice. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to the park. . Cancellations and Refund Policy: During off peak periods your deposit will be refunded less $50 cancellation fee if we are notified of your cancellation 14 days prior to you scheduled arrival. if we are notified of your cancellation less than 14 days prior to you scheduled arrival there is no refund. There is no refund for early departure this includes due to inclement weather.All christmas booking require 50% deposit.Balance due by 1 December.Any cancellations up to the 15 October a cancellation fee of $30.00 is charged.Cancellations from the 15 October or thereafter the deposit is non-refundable
